WHERE TO PLACE: 
With the spray, you'll simply spray all over yourself, as well as your feet and shoes. 
With the roll on, you'll roll on the bottoms of your feet. If you want the energy of the roll on to really set in, you can place on the bottom of your feet and put socks on for a good grounding foot wrap.
